As the founder of The Travelling Neuro Physio I qualified as a Physiotherapist with a first class honours degree from Sheffield Hallam University in 2018. I am DBS checked, HCPC registered, a member of the CSP and ACPIN.
My post graduate training includes: Introduction to Bobath Modules 1,2 & 3. Basic Bobath Course - Assessment & Treatment of Adults with Neurological Conditions - The Bobath Concept. Spasticity Masterclass - Spasticity Academy.
I am a specialist neurological physiotherapist with experience in brain injury, stroke, Parkinson’s, MS , GBS and other neurological conditions. It is my belief that rehabilitation should be patient centred and goal orientated. I have worked in the NHS for 7 years as well as lecturing undergraduate and post-graduate Physiotherapy courses at Sheffield Hallam University.
In my free time I enjoy open water swimming, playing netball, cycling and walking my dog in the Peak District.
